Detailed Product Description

The DR series full hydraulic rotary blast hole drilling rig manufactured at POTENTIAL are designed to drill both the vertical and inclined blast holes of 250 to 700 mm in dia and up to 32 m in depth in dry, water-saturated, monolithic and jointed rocks with the hardness of 6 to 20.

1) Open P-shaped steel structure of the mast enables its easy servicing.

2) Squirrel cage variable frequency motor is installed on the rig swivel head.

3) Bore rods are made of tubes with 219 mm in dia. And 12 mm thread pitch.

4) Winch-type feed drive is equipped with "Rexroth" MP-1800A hydraulic motor to provide continuous bore rod feed.

5) Hydraulic cylinders are provided to arrest the mast during inclined drilling.

6) Comfortable operator's cab is provided.
